Current Sermon Series: Grieving with Hope

In his letter to the church in Rome, the Apostle Paul encourages the believers there to “mourn with those who mourn” (Romans 12:15). That statement suggests, as we also know from experience, that grief and loss are part of our broken world.

For 3 weeks, we will turn to God’s Word to see what grief is, how God grants us comfort, and how God will, one day, turn our tears into joy.

We all experience grief. Let’s hear from God’s Word how to best go through it and to be reminded of how God is at work, even in our times of grief.

Children ages PK through 5th grade will be dismissed about 15 minutes after worship starts to attend THRIVEKids, a place where our students will learn about the great Biblical story with leaders who love Jesus and love teaching kids about Jesus.

Visiting children are also welcome to attend.
